Paul Spinetti Terra Nova HS Educator Arrested for Lewd Acts With a Minor

Paul Spinetti, 64, worked at Terra Nova High School in Pacifica, CA, as a woodshop teacher and has been taken into custody after allegations of sexual assault against a student were made. The Pacifica Police Department (PPD) indicated that the abuse lasted over several days in the Fall of 2024.
Allegations against Paul Spinetti include lewd and lascivious acts with a female student and sexual battery. The accusations are incredibly serious, and after a $100,00 warrant led to the arrest of Spinetti, he was eventually booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility located in Redwood City.
