Cecilia Pulido Former Riverside Correction Officer Arrested for Alleged Sexual Misconduct with a Juvenile Inmate
Cecilia Pulido, 42, of Moreno Valley, was arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a juvenile inmate. At the same time, she was an active correctional officer with the Riverside County Probation Department. Pulido was hired for the position in December of 2023 and has since resigned once the allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor in her care became public.

Allegations Against Cecilia Pulido
The allegations against Cecilia Pulido are that she engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a male juvenile who was in the custody of Riverside County. When the allegations were revealed, the Riverside County Probation Department reported them to authorities, which led to the Special Victims Unit of the Riverside Sherriff’s Office conducting an investigation.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office released a statement saying that Pulido is being charged with annoying and molesting a child and sexual contact with a prisoner or inmate. Pulido was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center, where the investigation into the charges against her remains ongoing.
